Victoria has worked with the general public for over 25 years. Her work has been in the care, natural health and public service industries. For the past 12 years, Victoria has worked in the NHS as a complementary therapist within Cancer services at UCLH. She provides treatments, and teaches self-management techniques, to adolescents, adults and staff.
Victoria has a diploma in evidence-based relaxation techniques from the NHS Christie hospital in Manchester. She is the author of the policy on the practice of relaxation techniques at UCLH. These techniques are being used with patients in both one to one and group sessions.
Victoria is a qualified Reiki Professional practitioner and Reflexologist. As a complementary therapist she has developed bespoke relaxation sessions. Within these sessions can be used to teach people techniques on how to self-manage their stress and anxiety, or simply to come and relax.
